The Learning Bridge is now taking Applications for the new school year of 2023-24.

We have three groups; the 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5 the pre-K/TK group. We often have Summer School openings during June to mid-August. This would provide a great time for a child who is pre-K age to have some pre-school experience before heading to Kindergarten. Text Jane at 415 722-9358 to book a tour.
Enrollment for the new school year 2023 - 2024 is welcome for families in the community, parents who work at UCSF, friends of alumni or currently enrolled families. We would love to hear from you!
Our Philosophy
The Learning Bridge Preschool is a Child Development Center dedicated to helping children develop self esteem through physical, language and cognitive skills with an emphasis on social and communicational skills.
Each child is encouraged to participate in daily experiences which are designed to build their character, discover their interested and establish their self help skills.
Learning about the world in which they live is achieved through a multicultural curriculum. Weekly themes are designed to provide a deeper understanding of subjects. Experiences include: circle time, art projects, music time, field trips, gymnastics classes and weekly dance.
Parents are encouraged to participate in their child’s daycare experience.
The children who attend the Learning Bridge Preschool enjoy a curriculum where “free choice” and active social interactions are a part of the curriculum, as well as an academic style that helps lead a child to skills needed for success in Kindergarten.
Our School
The Learning Bridge Preschool is fully licensed by the Department of Social Services for 26 children ages 2-6. There have been no complaints lodged against The Learning Bridge during its 40 years of operation!
The Preschool is open year-round. We are closed on major holidays, one Spring week, two weeks observed in December.
Hours: 7:45AM - 5:30PM, Monday through Friday
